Sparkle Surney Cleaning Services offers general /standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-out/ move-in cleaning, and post-construction cleaning services as listed on our website.

Cleaning rates may change over time, and we will inform you before your scheduled cleaning. Any fees or approved discounts agreed upon are honored by Sparkle Surney  Cleaning Services.

Schedule additional services before the dates to ensure they are catered for and all the needed supplies are provided.

Limitation of Liability

Sparkle Surney Cleaning Services agrees to provide customers with the service agreed to in the Onboarding agreement form. The client expressly waives any claims against Sparkle Surney  Cleaning Services unless they arise due to gross negligence. We are insured and bonded.

We try to be diligent when cleaning your home and around items, but accidents can and do happen. If there is any breakage or loss of personal items, please notify us immediately or within 24 hours.

We do not include antique items and those that are hard to find or irreplaceable in our breakage policy but will reimburse them accordingly in case of accidents. Declutter and store such and other delicate items safely before we arrive to handle the cleaning services.

Our employees will not move items that are greater than 10 lbs. Therefore, the client is responsible for carrying or moving any item that exceeds 10 pounds before or during the cleaning.

Before and After Pictures

All photographs of before and after photos on our website are examples taken from fundamental properties. However, they do not constitute a guarantee of how your home will look like.

Each home and job is different. While we strive to provide the best possible service and want you to be happy with the results, the before and after photos do not guarantee your property’s appearance after service.
